Afekhena Faith is the Founder and Executive Director of Silvafaith Social Support Foundation, a non-governmental organization committed to improving the lives of vulnerable individuals and communities through public health interventions, education, humanitarian assistance, women and girls’ empowerment, youth development, and sustainable community development.

She is a dedicated Public Health professional with over eight years of experience implementing donor-funded health programmes across Nigeria. Her expertise spans programme management, community health, disease prevention, malaria control, HIV programmes, maternal, newborn and child health, nutrition, routine immunization, monitoring and evaluation, stakeholder engagement, and community mobilization.

Faith holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education (B.A.Ed.) in Educational Foundations from the University of Port Harcourt and a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Public Health from the same institution. She is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health (MPH).
